Upgrades

If your not ready for a new PC then maybe an upgrade is for you.  We can advise on the best options to acheive the results you want whether it be speeding your PC up, more storage space or even to play the lastest games.  Once you have decided on the best option, we can upgrade your PC and even provide the components at a competitive price through our suppliers.  We will always quote you the whole cost of the job so there are never any suprises.

Repairs

Computer not turning on or not booting?  We can take your PC away and diagnose the problem for you for a flat fee before advising the best course of action.  Need a new component?  No problem!  We can provide a cost to replace almost any part which will be fitted as part of the repair - all you have to do is pay for the repair and component!  Of course, if you decide not to go ahead with the repair we will return your PC and just charge you the cost of the diagnosis.

Servicing

If you can go and make dinner whilst you wait for your PC to boot up then maybe it is due for a service.  Through the everyday use of your PC, it will become slower due to browsing the internet, working with files and installing programs.  We can bring your PC back to our lab, clean it up both inside and out and suggest ways of speeding thing up a bit.  We will also check the components to make sure they are working properly.  Heat is a major cause of PC problems so we will check everything is working as it should especially the case and CPU fans.

Virus Removal

Many PC problems are caused by virus infection.  If you can not fix the problem with your own software then maybe we can help!

On-Site Services

We also offer a range of on-site services specifically designed for work which needs to be carried out in-home.  This include PC installs, software and operating system installs and network installs and repair.

As well as looking after our domestic customer we also offer a wide range of business services.  We are experienced in the building and installation of servers, network troubleshooting and data recovery.  We are more than happy to visit your business to discuss any needs you may have so contact us today for a quick professional service.

 

Price List

Below is a list of prices for the various services we provide.  We will always try to quote you a fixed price for each job so there are no hidden charges.  If you require parts or components these will be listed in the final quote and if after we have picked up your PC you decide not to go ahead with the work we will return it and only charge you the diagnoses fee.  Don't forget though, our help and advice over the phone is free so give us a call and let us help you!  All our labour is covered by a 90 day warranty and if we can't repair your PC we will return it free of charge.  Any parts or components you buy will be covered under the manufacturers warranty and we will advise you on the details at the point of sale (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Pick Up and Return

Our free pick up and return service is available in the local Milton Keynes area.  If you live outside of Milton Keynes we may charge for this service.  Please contact us for more information.  If you wish to drop your PC off to us then we can only do this by appointment only.
